Class duration ranges from 10-55 minutes depending on the class and format of the workout you've selected!

TB STRENGTH

Combines body weight & weight training exercises to build lean toned muscles, improve overall strength, promote proper posture, and create a strong core.

 

- Equipment needed: class format will vary, the most you will need is:

+ light (3-5 lbs) & moderate (5-15 lbs) dumbbells (or equivalent household items)

+ resistance bands

+ mat or carpeted area if you want a little extra cushion for your joints 

 

-Suitable for all fitness levels

- Exercise modifications/progressions for each workout

HIIT TB

 Alternating combinations of high-intensity cardio with strength training, creates maximal calorie burn during and post-workout. Helps build lean strong muscles to promote increased metabolism.

 

- Equipment needed: class format will vary, the most you will need is:

+ 3-8 lb dumbbells based on fitness level (or equivalent household items)

+ resistance band

+ mat or carpeted area if you want a little extra cushion for your joints

 

- Suitable for all fitness levels

- Exercise modifications/progressions for each workout

CARDIO & CORE

High intensity body weight exercises combined with low impact, balance/stabilization exercises boost caloric burn and build lean muscle while strengthening your overall core.

 

- Equipment needed:

+ this class is complete bodyweight, occasionally incorporating lightweights.

+ a mat or carpeted area if you want a little extra cushion for your joints

 

- Suitable for all fitness levels

TB BURN

Using just your own body weight and a pair of light weights you will build lean toned muscles, increase overall strength, improve your posture, and build a strong core.

 

-Equipment needed:

+ A pair of light weights (3-5 lbs)

 

- Suitable for all fitness levels

- Exercise modifications/progressions for each workout

LEGS, BOOTY & CORE

high intensity strength training class utilizing your own body weight and minimal equipment to tone, sculpt and strengthen your legs, booty and core.

+ set or two of dumbbells (5-15 lbs depending on fitness level)

+ resistance band

+ mat

- Suitable for all fitness levels

UPPER BODY & CORE

Your core is your foundation! A strong core is essential for optimum daily movement, proper form, posture, stability, and allowing you to perform at the highest level during your workouts! Here you will focus on strengthening and toning your entire core.

+ a pair of moderate weights
