Salmon Cauli Bowl

Delicious, nutritious & ready in under 25 minutes... YES, please! All of my salmon fans, this is a must-try! πŸ˜‹

// Needed:

+ salmon
+1 lemon
+ 3 tbsp honey mustard
+ sea salt
+ pepper
+ cilantro
+ red pepper flakes
+ dill
+ evoo
+ cauliflower rice
+ rinsed chickpeas
+ green beans
+ spinach

// Details:

+ Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix lemon juice, evoo, honey mustard & all seasonings together in a bowl - then coat all over the salmon. Place salmon in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.

+ While the salmon is cooking sautee the green beans, spinach, cauliflower rice, & chickpeas in a pan. I used the same seasonings for the salmon here! Enjoy 🀎.

*Tip:

This is a great dish to meal prep and enjoy for lunch and/or dinner for a few days. Nice & simple!
